Preregistered fees: $50 for chapter members, $75 for nonmembers. Walk ins will have a $5 registration handling fee.

Brian Oaks  is a civil litigator practicing law in Kokomo & has provided legal advice & representation to home inspectors. Join your peers as we learn more about winning lawsuits, better yet how to avoid them. Brian will also discuss what it takes to be recognized as an expert witness.

Danny Maynard {past president of INASHI) will discuss how and what to inspect during inclement weather, what to say & write when a roof is covered in snow & other weather related issues like frost, rain, darkness, drought or high winds.
