David Goldstein

David Goldstein ACI is the Director of Training for Inspector Education Institute and has been training home inspectors for over 30 years. David received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Maryland. He is a second-generation home inspector and has been in the home inspection profession since 1974. David is an ASHI Certified Inspector, a New Jersey, Delaware and New York licensed Home Inspector and holds licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in multiple code enforcement areas. He is a frequent speaker at national, state and local educational seminars throughout the country for ASHI and other home inspection organizations.

A brief legislative update will be made during the day.

This Seminar qualifies for 7  Category 1   Indiana Continuing Education Credits &   7 ASHI  MRC s

Cost (includes a continental breakfast and a full lunch) $75.00 for paid in advance chapter members,
