Don Osborne - he will do "How to Inspect New Furnaces"

Don is the owner and Director of Heartland Home Inspection Training and has been training home inspectors since 1999, which is longer than anyone in the state of Indiana!  He has taught for Ivy Tech and Masters Inspection Institute in which he was half owner from 2004 to 2005.  He is also owner of a home inspection company, Osborne Property Inspection, and has been inspecting homes since 1994.  He is a founding member of the Indiana Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors & has been itst Education Committee Chairman Currently he’s President of the Central Indiana Inspection Group.   Don is also a Certified H.U.D. 203k Consultant, working with H.U.D. rehab loans

ED GLENDE: Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing (CSST)

Ed is an Applications Engineer with Gastite Products, which manufactures Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing (CSST). The Gastite Flexible Gas Piping System has been tested in accordance with the American National Standard for Fuel Gas Systems Using Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing, ANSI LC1-2005. Since 2006 Gastite has required that installed systems be direct bonded to the grounding electrode system of the premises.  Attendees will also receive a certification.

After lunch will be round table discussions.

Calvin is the owner of Calvin Bolt Inspections & Testing. He’s spent 27 Years doing Building Remodeling. He’s an ICC Certified Code Inspector serving on the IBA Codes Committee & the 2009 Indiana  IRC Codes Review Committee.  He’s an Indiana Licensed Home Inspector, Dispute Inspector, & Certified Microbial Investigator. He provides Licensed/Certified Environmental  Inspections & Testing.
