Tom is an accomplished home inspector educator. He is the owner of Midwest Inspectors Institute. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the courses he is presenting to us.

A brief legislative update will be made.

This Seminar qualifies for 7  Category 1  Indiana Continuing Education Credits 

& 7 ASHI  MRC s

Cost (includes a continental breakfast and lunch) $50.00 for paid in advance chapter members,   $75.00 for all nonmembers paid in advance.
