Ken is the first contactor in central Indiana to specialize in crawl space repair of moisture damage. As a result, he has a through understanding of the geology of central Indiana and how moisture enters a crawl space.  Ken is based in the central Indiana area and has trained INASHI previously.

Mark Bishton is a long time home inspector based in the Bloomington and Bloomfield area and a member of ASHI. He has provided instruction and training for inspectors at previous seminars and at the Heartland Home Inspection training center.

Gil Hendrickson is a long time home inspector based in the Kokomo area and a member of ASHI. He has provided instruction and training for inspectors at previous seminars and at the Heartland Home Inspection training center. 

A brief legislative update will be made.

This Seminar qualifies for 6  Category 1 & 1 Category 2 Indiana Continuing Education Credits & 7 ASHI  MRC s

Cost (includes a continental breakfast and lunch) $50.00 for paid in advance chapter members,   $75.00 for all nonmembers paid in advance.

Note: A $5 handling fee will be added for all those paying at the door, preregistered or not!
